Mutton Kofta or Meat Balls are essentially the minced or ground meat mixed with onion and spices and shaped into balls. it’s usually a dish in South Asian, Middle Eastern, Balkan, and Central Asian cuisine. I must say this is one my favorite Mom’s recipe.
