Everyday the big challenge is to decide what to cook today for breakfast. I will rub my eyes, open by refrigerator door and stand there staring deciding what best I can utilise for today. Sometimes it’s weird when the fridge is empty and I still keep on staring thinking something might still pop up 🙂
So today I took out all the little ingredients I had and prepared this delicious, quick n healthy breakfast. My 5 year old helped me out preparing it and gave a thumbs up too on taste though her’s was without chilli.
This creamy sandwich got loved by all in my family and it’s a must try for you too. Sharing the recipe below.
Creamy Grilled Sandwich, Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients:
1 large tomato
2 medium sized onions
Salt to taste
2-4 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp crushed pepper corns
1/4 cup fresh cream
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated mozzarella and processed cheese
Bread
Butter
Preparation:
1. Mix all the above ingredients.
2. Take bread and put butter on it.
3. Add all the mixed ingredients on top of the bread, add another bread on top and grill for 3-4 minutes, for more crispier sandwich grill a minute more.
4. This delicious creamy sandwich you can enjoy even without sauce or any other chutney.
