Wheat Flour Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour (Atta) 3/4 Cup
  • Butter 110 gms
  • Powdered Sugar 1/4 Cup
  • Milk 1/4 Cup
  • Cocoa powder 1tbsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Piping bag 1 (optional)
  • Star nozzle 1 (optional)

Preparation:
Step 1: Take a bowl add butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar/ castor sugar and mix well.Add vanilla essence.
Step 2: Sift dry ingredients, wheat flour, salt, cocoa powder and mix to butter and sugar mixture.Mix well.
Step 3: Take a star nozzle and piping bag. Take a baking tray and place butter paper on top of it. With the help of star nozzle make mini rosettes or make any designs of your choice. you can even make small circles or just round them with your hands.
Step 4: Preheat oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Allow it to cool down in a rack , serve immediately or you can even storage in a air tight container.

Step 1 : Add 110 gms butter at room temperature to a bowl.

Step 2: Add powdered sugar 1/4 cup. Mix the ingredients well.

Step 3: Add Vanilla essence and mix well.

Step 4 : Add wheat flour to the butter and sugar mix.

Step 6 : Add cocoa powder 2 tbsp and sift all the ingredients well.

Step 7 : Add milk 1/4 cup in parts and make a smooth consistency batter.

Step 8 : Fill the piping bag with the cookie batter and use star nozzle or any nozzle of your choice. You can even make rounds or any shape without piping bag and nozzle.

Step 9 : Use the star nozzle to make mini rosettes.

Step 10 : Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Once baked allow in to cool down completely in a cooling rack. You can consume it immediately else you can transfer it to an airtight container for later consumption.
