Italian Veg Tokri/Tartlets and Bread Canapes
Ingredients:
- White Bread slices 6
- Butter 2 tsp
- Red chilli Flakes 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Mixed Herbs 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
- Grated mozarella and processed Cheese 2 tbsp
- Cheese slices 1-2
- Tomato chopped 1
- Carrot chopped 1
- Paneer(Cottage cheese) 50 gms
- Purple and Green cabbage 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped cauliflower 2 tbsp
[Add any Veggies of your choice]
Preparation:
Step 1: Take white bread slices roll out bread using rolling pin
Step 2: Cut each bread into round shape with the help of cookie cutter or any bowl etc.
Step 3:Grease little butter in baking mould and place the round bread pieces in shape of a bowl or katori.
Step 4: In a bowl mix all the given ingredients and start adding it to the bread katoris 1 tbsp each.
Step 5: Add mozarella cheese, cheese slices (Optional) and red chilli flakes.
Step 6: Bake at preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, till edges turn golden brown
For Canapes:
Do not throw the left over bread pieces we will utilise it in this recipe.
Take a bread slice and brush some butter, add pizza sauce. Add left over bread slices from the above recipe and add leftover veggie stuffings to it. Add mozarella cheese and chilli flakes.
Bake for 5-6 minutes or till the edges turn little brown.
